Step 1: Read the Policy and Pricing Information 830.1 Use of School Facility
Step 2: Apply to Become a Requester
Step 3: Provide a Current Insurance Liability Form with your requester registration. Any individual or organization holding an event on district owned property is required to provide the district with evidence of liability insurance. Click here for more information and the Tenant-User Liability Insurance Program form.
Note: Facility use will not be allowed without current liability insurance on file.
Step 4: Wait for your approval email.
Step 5: After being approved as a Requester, log in to your account and place your Facilities Request. Please submit your request a minimum of seven working days prior to the activity.
Step 6: An email of approval or denial will be sent to you.
Step 7: When your request is approve, you will receive an electronic contract. Sign the electronic contract with the pin you created in your account.
